Olwen



My wife, Olwen, has been my favorite subject (and best friend) since 1972. These photographs, taken mainly in the 1970s when we became attached, preserves a period in our lives that now, decades later, resonates deeply to me, and for which I am eternally grateful.

I still revel in her natural beauty and gracefulness. Her easy, unselfconscious presence before my camera (with or without clothes) has always inspired me to make pictures that I hope will have lasting value.
